A very interesting story is the Green Police. You never dreamed you would become so passionate about water waste. Going green is a big movement in the world and many people are enthusiastic about ensuring that nobody hurt the Earth, but you never thought you would be the Green Police.
You were a walk through the neighborhood a few days ago and you saw a large part of the water poured into the gutter, crossing the street and go in the sink. The yard was so soaked that the water was unable to penetrate the soil and instead ran into the gutter and into the street.
You noticed someone on the side of the house working in a garden. You walked over to her and noticed her that much water running into the gutter and the drain. Someone stood up and walked to the front driveway. He stared at the water runs down the street and turned to you and said who are you, the green police. You find it interesting that she called me the green water is not the police and the police, so you think she was aware of green initiatives.
You love beautiful yards. You have a beautiful garden. You water my garden within the guidelines of the city you live and you would like to know if my water was wasted as it was. Anyway, do not worry.
History of Green Police
Green Police at Glastonbury in 1976 began to encourage litter picking. Volunteers performed ad hoc campaigns on behalf of Save the World Club. Guided by eco alternative comedian and activist Professor Kayoss (Des Kay), they successfully distributed recycling bags and collected various items with a performance based approach to social and environmental learning.
Green Police objectives are to stop people urinating in the water and hedges. By telling them face to face and show them the “rules” of the festival with humor, sexiness – and accurate information. Green Police ensure that people dispose of their cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts take 14 years to break down, they pollute the soil and poison the water table and the cows eat when they are not disposed of properly.
Green Police To promote litter picking, recycling and better waste management. By giving green bags, festival rules leaflets, encouraging litter picking and in particular the cleaning of the Kings Field every day use of the power of persuasion and volunteers only. Green Police leave a legacy of important information about festival etiquette. Issues such as conservation, can too much noise, waste, pissing and respect for the earth are drawn, and will lead to a win-win scenario for everyone involved.
So the potential of Green Police is People learn to stop urinating in the water table, No nest, less stress on animals, people, land more respect, Less money spent on issues, more fun People think more about where they have come to enjoy a greener philosophy and to take home with them
